Booking and Cancellation Policy

Your 50% deposit locks in your appointment and comes straight off your treatment on the day.

Need to reschedule? Contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will move your booking. Your deposit moves across with it.

Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: a 50% cancellation fee applies and your deposit is kept.

Cancel on the day or no show: a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Free consultations: no card or payment needed. If you can't make it, just let us know so we can offer the spot to someone else.
