1064nm and 532nm
1064nm is used for black and darker inks, and 532nm for some red and warmer tones, so your plan is matched to the colours in your tattoo.

How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the ink colours, how dense and deep the ink is, how old the tattoo is and where it sits on the body. Amateur tattoos often need fewer sessions than professional ones. We will give you an estimate at your free consultation.
Does laser tattoo removal hurt?
Most clients describe it as a quick snapping sensation on the skin. Sessions are short, and we talk you through comfort options before we start. Individual experience may vary.
Can you remove eyebrow tattoos?
Yes, we treat cosmetic eyebrow tattoos. Cosmetic inks can change colour when treated with laser, so we always do a test patch first. We do not treat lip tattoos.
Is Skyn X a pico laser?
No. Skyn X is a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser with an ultra-short 2 nanosecond pulse, while pico lasers use picosecond pulses. Both are used for laser tattoo removal. At your consultation we will explain what to expect for your tattoo with Skyn X.
Can every tattoo be fully removed?
Many tattoos fade significantly over a course of sessions, and some clear completely, but full removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the ink, colours and your skin. Individual results may vary.
